Whale Shark Swimming ＋Sumilon Island Sandbar＋Simala Castle Church
Trip Overview:
Discover the world's largest fish, the whale shark, in the southern fishing village of Oslob, Cebu! The tour starts in the wee hours of the morning and arrives at the Oslob fishing village in the early morning, the best time to swim with the whale sharks. At the end of the tour, we will go to the nearby Tumalog waterfall to breathe in the phenyl alcohol, then take a bus to the harbor to catch a boat to the southern dream island - Sumilon Island, where you can enjoy the fairyland scenery and take pictures of the fairy world, and then go back to the resort for a quick change of clothes and enjoy the local cuisine.

The tour guide will pick up from your hotel with breakfast.
- Please do not go to nightclubs or get drunk the day before the tour to avoid being hungover and unable to join the tour the next day.

7:30AM Arrive at Oslo Fishing Village
We will first enter the resort in Oslo to change clothes and put our backpacks and unused items in the locker or car, then the tour guide will lead you to the Whale Shark Swimming Hall with the resort staff, the activity is a queuing system, so we need to wait for the call number, and the resort staff will help us to pay attention to the information of the call number.
Whale shark is a protected species, no lotion or sunscreen is allowed before snorkeling, please don't touch the whale shark, fines will be imposed.
10:00AM Proceed to Sumilon Island
Just 15 minutes south of Cebu is the small island of Sumilon. Sumilon Island has crystal clear turquoise waters with fine white sand, making it seem like you are in a fairyland.
We estimate that we will stay on Sumilon Island for about 90-120 minutes, allowing plenty of time for exploring and taking photos.
- It is recommended to carry a waterproof backpack to prevent the bag from getting soaked by seawater, which may lead to water ingress inside the bag.

12:00PM Enjoy a local lunch
After freshening up, we will head next door to the restaurant to enjoy the local cuisine.
15:00PM Visit to Himalayan Chapel
This castle-like church is not only a place of worship for the locals, but is also known as the "Place of Miracles" by the Filipinos. Many people go there to pray for miracles to happen, and when their prayers are fulfilled, they take gifts in return to the Virgin Mary and put them in the church as a Thank you.
Foreigners can also queue up for prayers inside and visit the chapel, where there are candles on the side for prayers. Different colors represent different purposes, whether it is love, family, career, and it is said that all requests will be answered! This church is different from other churches in the Philippines, it is magnificent, there is a walkway around the outside of the church, and in the middle there is a green garden, walk along the walkway and you will reach the church, along the way you can also enjoy the surrounding scenery and breathe fresh air.
- Since churches are sacred places, it is forbidden to wear clothing that is too revealing, so please bring a short-sleeved, knee-length skirt or pants for this tour.
